Research Tools
Many of our research tools are offered through the CIRCUIT Studio, which is an interdisciplinary, collaborative research space for CHASS faculty, graduate students, and their team members from across the colleges. It is supported by the CHASS Office of Research and Engagement, CHASS IT, the Departments of English and Communication, and is an important resource for the Communications, Rhetoric and Digital Media program.
The studio has a number of PC and Mac workstations, a 3D printer, and a variety of software (such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, GameMaker Studio, Unity, Twine, Eclipse, and other authoring suites). Additionally the lab has seats of Noldus Observer XT and Atlas.TI for performing qualitative research and data coding.
