
The Director of the CRDM Program is recommended by the Program Committee from among its members and is appointed by the Dean of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences to a three-year term. The position alternates between the Department of Communication and the Department of English. The Associate Director is also a member of the Program Committee and is always in the other department. The two work closely together to ensure coordination among departmental interests. These are the major responsibilities of the Director and Associate Director.
